I feel like all the timeless children’s wear is reserved for the expensive brands and that did not sit well with me. Kids and parents, aunts, uncles, and friends, should all be able to have access to Stella McCartney Kids clothes”.

Who owns Stella McCartney?
Founder and designer, Stella McCartney was born in London to a legendary and iconic family. Her dad is Paul McCartney, from the Beatles and her mom is Linda McCartney, a famous photographer. Stella McCartney was always interested in fashion and her parents knew she would create a clothing line someday.
She graduated from Central St. Martins in 1995 and was immediately recognized for her womenswear’s sharp tailoring, bold aesthetic, and masculine energy, which is still evident by her brand today.
By 1997, she was the Creative Director of Chloe in Paris and led the house to critical and commercial success.
In 2001, she launched her luxury fashion house and showed her first collection in Paris in October 2001. With influence from her vegetarian and animal rights activist mother, Stella has been a lifelong vegetarian. She has never used leather, feathers, skin, or fur in any of her designs, which was not commonplace for fashion brands in the early 2000’s.
